ture is even deeper. Professionally, George is a licensed real estate broker and small business owner who specializes in both residential and commercial development across Eastern Wake County. As a member of the Zebulon Planning Board, he brings practical experience and forward-thinking solutions to the table—helping guide responsible growth that respects our community’s values while preparing for its future. He is also one of the founding leaders behind the Zebulon Bearcats youth football program—helping create a safe, structured, and empowering environment for local kids to learn, grow, and compete. He also played an integral part in creating Zebulon's first commercial mixed use development. Fluent in both English and Spanish, George is a bridge between communities and a strong advocate for transparency, accountability, and meaningful civic engagement. His vision for Zebulon includes better infrastructure, more support for families and small businesses, and a town government that listens—then acts. With roots in real estate, community service, and public planning, George Roa didn't just campaign for a seat—he’s committed to building a better Zebulon for everyone.
