Lake Tahoe: Regional single family sales volume increased by 46%, median home prices rose 23%, and the number of homes sold grew 6%. Incline Village saw a single-family sales volume surge of 181%, and East Shore units are up 18%.

Reno: Single-family sales volume is up 14% and overall home sales grew by 11%, pushing the median sales price to $650,000. Luxury home sales exceeding $1 million continue to rise.

Carson Valley: Home units increased by 26%.
