2021 is off to a great start. I’ve been working closer to investors, and friends starting in real estate investing and it’s been the most fun I’ve ever had with my work. 🏔

Ryan Smith is a great agent. He is very knowledgeable, extremely diligent and has a real passion for what he does. Ryan is patient and is never pushy. When I first started searching for property in Lake Tahoe, he spends a lot of time with me to answer different questions I have and show me different properties. He always offers his opinion and never in anyway try to rush the process. When we finally found something we liked, Ryan was able to write an offer within one afternoon in an airport (he was on a business trip)! He was communicative with all parties (seller's agent, loan broker, escrow officer, I) during the closing process, making the closing process extremely smooth and simple. In addition, he knows great people in the business. He had made introductions to home inspector and contractor, and so far I have been very happy with all of them. I really enjoyed working with Ryan and would definitely recommend to all my friends.

Duplex next to Heavenly 💠
This was one of my favorite deals of the year. Ian and I first met discussing the Tahoe market and exploring investment opportunities. Within a week we were mountain biking, taking trips with other friends from Tahoe (some of which I’ve also helped buy real estate).

Opening up escrow tomorrow on this property!
We were up against multiple offers which has become the new normal in Tahoe. Fortunately we took the evening and morning to create the strongest and best offer which ultimately won us the deal.
Can’t wait to see what my clients do with this place! It’s such a retro-Tahoe cabin and they plan to keep it that way ✌🏻
