We had a great time supporting the annual Glen Haven golf outing at Lake Bernadette this year. Although there were some great shots from the 6th tee, Duey was still able to retain the cash prize for the hole-in-one challenge. Maybe he should raise the prize money next year to $500???

I wanted to get ahead of this. The folks involved have threatened to tell everyone what a terrible job we have been doing.
I also wanted to post this so that everyone has a better idea of what we do when a devastating storm such as Milton passes through. I'm happy to respond to any questions or input my current, former or future clients may have. This is the actual letter I sent to them earlier today.
they decided to discontinue services.

We are still not able to access a few homes in Southern Charm, Hunters Run, Colony Hills and Majestic Oaks today. CIean up continues and power is being restored more each day. Some stations around finally have gas and the fist fights at the pumps have subsided. Good News!

Side note: Please don't plan an impromptu trip down, we aren't ready for you!

At this time, most of the drive-bys have been completed. There are still portions of Majestic Oaks on Cog Hill Loop that we are not able to access. We are also not able to access areas of Southern Charm, Baker Acres, Hunters Run, Sweetwater, and Timberlake Estates due to flooding. Hopefully we will be able to access these areas soon. The water is receding.
Anyone we have been able to access that has serious damage has been notified and a care plan has been established. All others with minor damage such as skirting, fascias, and light aluminum will be addressed early next week. Anyone looking to schedule additional monitoring visits to have a more thorough inspection of your home should contact their service providers directly for scheduling. We will start scheduling additional monitoring visits for early next week.

Hello All,
Hurricane Milton will arrive in our area sometime early Thursday. Anthony, Tim, Jeff, and I will remain here in Zephyrhills through the storm. We had a meeting this afternoon. We will cease operations at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday and will begin conducting drive bys as soon as it's safe to do so. Please be patient and do not try to contact any of us for updates. You will hear from us ONLY if their is a problem at your home. If you do not hear from us, you do not have issues visible from the exterior. We will be looking at all 400+ homes in our care, making notes and contacting owners as needed once all of the homes are checked out. Your neighbors may report issues to you. DO NOT contact us because your neighbor posted a picture or told you something is wrong. You will only complicate our processes. We will get to it.
I am at this point, expecting widespread wind damage with several days of power outage in some areas. For those of you that would like additional monitoring visits after the storm, reach out to me or your service provider next week to schedule. Good luck to all of you. I will update you again on this page late Thursday, early Friday.

Well, here we go again! With Helene developing in the southern gulf, I will be keeping an eye on the storm track. Once it passes and it is safe to do so, we will again be conducting courtesy drive bys for our clients. As always, no news is good news. If you do not hear from me or one of the service providers regarding your particular property, then chances are things are ok.
If you have plans to arrive here prior to Saturday, I highly suggest you change them if possible. We will not be providing any services tomorrow and potentially Friday as well.

Hello All,
I just wanted to give a quick update regarding Hurricane Debby. The worst of it is over here in the Zephyrhills area. While we have received a substantial amount of rain and some high winds overnight, I am not expecting any reports of serious damage during our courtesy drive bys later this afternoon and tomorrow. Should any damage be discovered, you will be notified by me or your individual service provider. I hope everyone is enjoying their summer and looking forward to your return later this fall!
