☀️🏡 What a great way to kick off the summer!

This morning I had the opportunity to attend a wonderful event hosted by Domain Homes at Hotel Haya in the heart of Ybor City, where they showcased their newest community coming to the area.

It was a fantastic morning spent networking with fellow real estate professionals, reconnecting with friends, and learning more about the exciting plans for this new development. One of the best parts of my job is getting an early look at upcoming communities so I can help my buyers stay informed and make confident decisions.

The new Ybor Village community is bringing thoughtfully designed homes to one of Tampa’s most vibrant and historic neighborhoods, creating exciting opportunities for homeowners who want to be close to everything Ybor City has to offer.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

As someone who grew up in a military family, this day carries a special meaning for me. Freedom is never free, and today we recognize the courage, service, and sacrifice of those who gave everything for it.

Wishing everyone a safe Memorial Day weekend as we take time to reflect, remember, and honor our heroes. ❤️🤍💙

Living in Florida means hurricane prep is just part of homeownership — and one of the biggest things homeowners overlook is tree maintenance. 🌴🏡

Overgrown branches and heavy limbs can quickly become a problem during strong winds and storms, especially when hanging over roofs, lanais, fences, or power lines. Getting ahead of it now can help protect your property later.

Today I got to watch the pros in action with a local tree trimming company getting these trees cleaned up and storm ready. Honestly, it’s one of those maintenance items that may not be glamorous… but it matters.

If you’re a Florida homeowner, now is the perfect time to start checking off those hurricane prep projects before the summer storms really kick in. ⛈️

One thing I always tell my clients — especially my out-of-state buyers — is that my job doesn’t stop once we go under contract. 🏡✨

My buyers already headed back north after finding the perfect Florida home, but after getting home realized they forgot one important thing… measurements for the patio blinds! So today I stopped by the property to help make sure they have everything they need to start making this house feel like home. 📏☀️

Buying from out of town can feel overwhelming, but having the right agent means having someone local who can help bridge those gaps and handle the little details along the way. Sometimes it’s the small things that make the biggest difference in creating a smooth experience.

And honestly… with this backyard view, I can completely understand why they wanted those measurements ASAP. 🌴🌅

Sometimes it’s not just about finding the “perfect” house… it’s about finding the perfect opportunity. 🏡✨

This home may need a little TLC, but luckily for my buyers, that is completely within their skill set — and now they get to come in and truly make this home their own.

And honestly? The location and that view are the real showstoppers here. 🌅 Those are the kinds of things you simply can’t recreate. So excited for my buyers and this next chapter for them!
