I’m excited to officially share that I’ve been promoted to East Regional Director with PREMIERE Group at Real Broker, LLC!

In this new role, I’ll have the opportunity to support and collaborate with team leaders across multiple states, help strengthen our systems, and continue building the culture that makes PREMIERE feel like so much more than just a real estate team.

I’m incredibly grateful for the trust that has been placed in me and for every client, agent, mentor, and teammate who has been part of my journey. I’ve always believed that leadership is about helping others grow, creating opportunities, and making sure people feel supported along the way.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, excited about what’s ahead, and honored to step into this next chapter as East Regional Director.

Last week I took the Florida Real Estate Broker exam…

Today, it’s official! 🎉🏡

I’m proud to share that I’m now a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker with Real Broker, LLC!

This milestone represents years of experience, continuous learning, and a commitment to providing the highest level of service to my clients. While my dedication to helping buyers and sellers hasn’t changed, earning my broker’s license is another step in continuing to grow professionally and better serve the Tampa Bay community.

Thank you to my family, friends, clients, colleagues, and everyone who has supported and encouraged me along the way. Your belief in me means more than you know.

I’m excited about this next chapter and all of the opportunities it brings!

The annual Help a Kid Help a Vet Charity Golf Tournament is coming up, and sponsorship opportunities are still available for businesses that want to support a great local cause.

This organization has donated more than $136,000 to local charities and schools, helping veterans, active-duty military families, children in need, local athletics, holiday assistance programs, and other community projects.

I attend this event every year and help capture photos and social media content throughout the tournament. It is always such a fun day, but more importantly, it brings our community together to make a real difference.

🎒 Florida’s Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday is officially here! From July 20 through August 20, qualifying purchases are automatically tax-free at checkout—no forms, coupons or proof that you’re shopping for a student required.

Here’s what qualifies:

👕 Clothing, shoes, handbags, backpacks and other eligible bags priced at $100 or less per item
✏️ School supplies priced at $50 or less per item
🧩 Learning aids and jigsaw puzzles priced at $30 or less
💻 Personal computers and qualifying accessories priced at $1,500 or less for personal or home use ([Florida Department of Revenue

At Florida’s 6% state sales-tax rate, a qualifying $1,500 computer could save you up to $90 in state tax alone, with possible additional local-tax savings depending on where you shop.

And remember—you don’t need kids to participate! Whether you need new sneakers, office supplies, headphones, a printer or a laptop, the register is not asking to see anyone’s report card. 😂

Some exclusions apply, including cellphones, gaming systems, computer bags and items purchased inside airports, hotels or theme parks. ([Florida Department of Revenue][1])
