😂 If Emerald Pointe RV Resort came with a warning label, I think it would read something like this:
⸻
⚠️ WARNING: EMERALD POINTE RV RESORT OWNERSHIP
Side effects may include:
* Forgetting what day it is… but never forgetting what activity starts at what time.
* Saying “I’ll just stay one season” and still being here 10 years later.
* Planning your week around water aerobics, coffee hour, billiards, shuffleboard, Hand & Foot, Chicken Foot, Pass the Ace, and “just one drink” at the pavilion.
* Developing expert-level skills at spotting a new RV entering the gate from 300 yards away.
* Randomly saying, “We should buy that lot too.”
* Checking the property listings “just to look”… and somehow ending up owning another lot.
* Making lifelong friends who started out as complete strangers parked three lots away.
* Suddenly having a social calendar busier than when you were still working.
* Referring to the resort as “home” and everywhere else as “where we used to live.”
⚠️ Additional Symptoms
* Your Amazon driver knows your lot number by heart.
* Your visitors leave saying, “I could live here.”
* You secretly smile every time someone says, “I had no idea this place existed.”
Use with caution. Emerald Pointe has been known to turn neighbors into family, weekends into permanent vacations, and “just visiting” into “we bought a lot.” The active, owner-managed community and year-round activities are exactly why so many people end up staying.
😄 Disclaimer: There is currently no known cure… only another happy hour at the pavilion. 🍹🏌️♂️🚐
