We are looking for a part time administrative/personal assistant for an in-home landscaping business. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering and directing phone calls.
Writing and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Processing Payroll
AR/AP
Booking travel arrangements
Submitting and reconciling expense reports.
Provide general support to customers.
Collections
Social Media posting.
Any other tasks assigned by owner.

Job Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
QuickBooks experience preferred.
Upbeat attitude and eagerness to learn.

What we are looking for:
Looking for a solutions-based thinker with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to take directions and execute them well. Attention to detail.
Be able to speak and write English.
Must be a hard worker.
Must have driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be Drug Free.
Needs to be able to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors and multitask.

Experience with Irrigation, French drain systems, landscaping, hardscaping, and water features a Plus!!
