We're excited to announce that the open date for Courtyard Apartments will be December 1, 2021. Showings are being conducted, and we hope to have the online application process within a week.
The Courtyard will offer spacious floor plans. (1, 2 & 3-bedrooms, 1-bedroom with dens & studio units)
Each of our apartments will feature in-unit washers and dryers, granite countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, plank flooring and carpeting, window treatments, spacious closets, balconies/patios (most), and all top-floor apartments include vaulted ceilings.
The building will include a community room, a fitness room, a two-story lounge/lobby, a trash chute, a large-capacity elevator, monitored camera entrances, a complimentary 24/7 Luxer One package locker system, and a coffee bar.
The grounds will include an outdoor pool, a fire pit, gas grills, a dog park, a sport court, and walking paths.
The property will include on-site professional management.
The community will be 100% smoke-free.
Free parking is available in the parking lot. There are also available attached, tuck-under garages for $110/month and detached garages for $70/month.
Rent will include heat, water/sewer, trash/recycling.
We will also be providing free wifi for each individual apartment.
Renters Insurance will be required.
We are dog and cat-friendly.
The application fee is $50 per adult and is non-refundable.
The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Please note that the deposit is due at the time of application. The deposit holds the apartment during the approval process. If you are approved, the deposit becomes the damage deposit that gets held through the end of the lease. If you aren’t approved, the deposit is refundable. An apartment isn't held without a deposit.

Studio: $1200
1BR: $1330, $1340, $1350, $1380
1BR(/1BA) + DEN: $1380
2BR1BA: $1450 & $1490
2BR2BA: $1500 & $1595
3BR2BA: $1800 & $1875
* 6-month leases are $100 more a month than 12-month leases.
