🏡 Spring Creek Market Update | July 2026
This month, we saw our highest number of closings of the year, but we also experienced a noticeable slowdown in showings and open house traffic. With many families on vacation, the upcoming start of the school year, and higher interest rates, buyer activity has eased since the Fourth of July weekend.
Looking ahead, we're hopeful to see the market pick up again in August and September as buyers return. Spring Creek continues to have a healthy level of inventory, and overall, we're seeing a balanced and stable market.
