In Real Estate news, last month was a fun one.
- Our team was awarded Centurion Team with Century 21 Scheetz (which means we worked hard and helped a decent amount of clients buy/sell/build).
- We traveled to Holland Michigan for a weekend away (we didn't take one picture all together, we laughed a LOT, ate some really great food and talked A LOT).
- Century 21 Scheetz celebrated it's 50th anniversary, we're so grateful to be with one of the most recognized brands in the nation and to work alongside some incredible people who lead by example every day.
- I said "SOLD" to three of the most amazing sellers, literally people who made me smile and warmed my heart on a weekly basis. But also, people who trusted me in the winter months to list and sell their homes (real estate is back to being a cyclical market).
No one tells you that when you get into Real Estate, it's not a job you get to leave at the office. You're constantly thinking about what's best for your client, how you can serve them better and how you can negotiate the best terms on their behalf. Our group chat reflects so much of this and for that, I'm incredibly grateful.
