Interesting article about how Indianapolis will be one of the hottest markets in 2024. Indianapolis and the surrounding areas have always had steady growth even in down markets. It’s a great year to sell and buy. Maybe you want to upgrade square footage with a growing family. Maybe you need to downsize because the kiddos are off the payroll now.
