The crews are out drilling new wells to help support the expansion to upgrade the existing greenhouse space for the Boston-based agbioscience company, Inari, which has research and product development facilities at Purdue Research Park.

PKCV Waco Data partners went to the downtown historic district of Waco, Texas with a vision of a first-class colocation data center. Design and renovation of a 43,000 SF cold war era nuclear fallout shelter was in collaboration with city officials to give the building both a look that fit with the city’s revitalized historic district and the function and security required by the data center users.

StrongBox Commercial worked with the City of Waco and local utility providers to install redundant power feeds to the facility, multiple generator backups, and redundant cooling systems. All the mechanical systems were concealed to maintain the historic nature of the building.

The Southwest Lubbock Health Center in Lubbock, Texas is a multi-use, phased development including medical, retail, and financial users. Phase 1 included the 60,000 square foot Southwest Medical Park for Covenenat Health, FirstBank & Trust’s 65,000 square foot corporate headquarters, and 21,600 square feet of shops and restaurants.

70 West Commerce Park, west of Indianapolis,Indiana, is a logistics and industrial center strategically located near major interstate highway, aircargo, and rail transportation.

At completion, 70 West will include 1,000 acres of developed land with facilities ranging from 20,000 to 2,000,000 square feet. Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistics was the inaugural user, with a 1,100,000 square foot logistics facility.

Multiple projects across the 40.5 acre, former American Trans Air campus located at Indianapolis International Airport. Remodel of an existing 122,000 SF, 3-story office building for Rolls-Royce North America, Aero Engine Controls, and Affiliated Computer Services. Decontamination and partial remodel of an existing 119,000 SF hangar and maintenance facility for FedEx Express, for the maintenance of narrowbody and widebody aircraft up to MD-1.

Construction of a new 31,000 SF corporate hangar and jet engine maintenance facility for Rolls-Royce Engine Services Oakland. The hangar is capable of housing coporate & regional aircraft up to Bombardier Global Express or Gulfstream G650, while the maintenance facility services Rolls-Royce aero engines up to the newest and largest Trent series engines.


Construction of a new 43,000 SF Regional Customer Training Center for Rolls-Royce North America. The facility trains students from civil and military aviation, from both the U.S. and foreign nations, on the proper maintenance of Rolls-Royce aero engines powering helicopters, military and civilian aircraft, as well as marine and power generation.

500 Mass Ave is a mixed use redevelopment of an existing fire station located at the heart of the arts district in downtown Indianapolis. The project consists of 36,000 feet of ground floor retail, a 320 space parking garage and 230 apartment units.
