The Boone County Division of MIBOR is excited to announce that nominations are now open for our 2026 Division Awards!
Each year, we have the opportunity to recognize members who go above and beyond in their service to our Division, the real estate industry, and our community. We know there are many deserving individuals throughout Boone County, and we need your help identifying those who should be celebrated!
Nominations are now open for the following awards:
REALTOR® of the Year
Recognizes a REALTOR® member who demonstrates professionalism and success in real estate while providing outstanding volunteer service and involvement with MIBOR and the Division. Service to the industry is considered a higher priority than production.
Affiliate of the Year
Recognizes an Affiliate member for outstanding engagement, service, and commitment to MIBOR and the Boone County Division during the current year.
Distinguished Service Award
Recognizes a member whose dedication and service to MIBOR, the Division, and the real estate industry has spanned their career. Nominees must have at least 10 consecutive years of service in the real estate industry, which may include sales, appraisal, affiliated services, or other industry roles.
F.C. “Bud” Tucker Community Service Award
Recognizes a MIBOR member who has demonstrated consistent and selfless service to the community outside of the real estate industry, creating a meaningful and lasting impact while positively representing the real estate profession.
Denver Hutt Rising Star Award
Recognizes a MIBOR member in the early years of their real estate career who is already making a positive impact on the industry and community. Nominees should embody a spirit of innovation, engagement, collaboration, and a willingness to make a difference early in their career.
Know Someone Deserving of Recognition?
If someone comes to mind who has gone above and beyond for our Division, our industry, or the Boone County community, we encourage you to nominate them!

Please submit your nominations by Friday, October 16.

Then, make plans to join us at the Boone County Division Holiday Party, where we will celebrate our members and announce the 2026 Division Award recipients!
Each Division award winner will also automatically move forward as a nominee for the corresponding MIBOR Industry Award, presented at the annual REALTOR® Foundation Ball.
