Our Story

Inglenook Pocket Neighborhoods are intimate and connected communities designed to foster relationships. In Inglenook Pocket Neighborhoods Cottage Homes are nestled around a common green space in pockets of 4 to 12 cottages and room-sized front porches overlook the common green space welcoming friends and neighbors. The community design helps people share stories on the front porch, throw BBQs in the greenbelt, or surprise the new neighbors with cookies. That’s when a group of houses starts becoming a neighborhood. A neighborhood that addresses both personal and social needs.
