Frank Gehry, 1929-2025, died at the age of 96. One of the most famous architects in history.
Architect Frank Gehry didn’t design buildings... he designed freedom in the form of steel!
“Architecture must speak of its time and place, but yearn for timelessness.”
Frank Gehry didn’t build buildings... he unleashed giant sculptures that seem to move!
As a child, he played with cardboard.
His secret was simple: Don’t follow rules. Invent them.
His philosophy was always simple and bold:
“If you’re going to design… dare to surprise.”
Today, works like the Guggenheim Bilbao and the Walt Disney Concert Hall, and many more, are not just architecture:
they are energy, rebellion, and living art!
And most inspiringly:
Gehry proved that creativity has no age limit.
