⚠️ COVID-19 RESPONSE ⚠️
We are closely monitoring COVID-19 outbreak and staying informed on recommendations from the federal and local government. On behalf of management and staff at St. Thomas Properties, LLC, our thoughts and prayers go out to all those impacted by COVID-19; this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but also their friends and family, those whose homes, places of work, and schools have been impacted. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our staff, tenants, customers and community. Throughout the last week, STP has begun to implement steps in order to pursue the safety of you, your customers and our staff. As this virus becomes a larger concern to our community, we are committed to implementing measures to enhance and ensure safer conditions.
Below we have outlined a few of the safety measures that have been implemented:
SANITATION – We will disinfect the public spaces of each building's shared areas to include common areas and highly trafficked locations. That means the doorknobs, keypads, railings, walkways and hallways that all tenants share.
MAINTENANCE - We will, as always, respond to maintenance requests. Our protocol will include extraordinary measures to safeguard the health of the community. We will ensure the use of gloves and masks as required, and will coordinate similar measures with our outside service providers.
WHAT YOU CAN DO - The COVID-19 pandemic is a global health threat and it is important that we all take steps to protect ourselves, our families and community. Taking precautions against the further spread of the virus is essential such as:
✅ Encourage those who are sick to stay at home.
✅ Always maintaining healthy hygiene practices.
✅ Wash hands frequently and for at least twenty (20) seconds.
✅ Avoid touching your face.
✅ Wipe down surfaces frequently with antibacterial solution.
✅Practice “social distancing” – maintain space and avoid touching others or their possessions.

If you or someone you know thinks they may be infected, please call 📞 the Department of Health at 340-712-6299 or 340-776-1519 and they will come to you. Do not go to the hospital or the emergency room unless it is a medical emergency.
The situation is fluid and each day provides to us with an evolving set of circumstances to take into consideration. However, we can find comfort in the continuing guidance provide by federal and territorial officials and assure you of the constant focus of St. Thomas Properties’ to ensure that your place of business is a workable environment. We feel confident that by sticking together and supporting each other, we'll emerge from this stronger than before.
