We are now under a tropical storm watch. It is mandatory that all residents clear their decks by 6pm Monday evening. If you are unable to do this yourself, our staff is available to assist.

The National Hurricane Center in its 11:00 a.m. advisory issued a tropical storm watch for the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, including Vieques and Culeb

WAPA ALERTS: At the present time, approximately 6,914 customers on St. Thomas Feeders 6A, 7C, 8A, and a portion of 7A are experiencing an electrical service interruption. Plant personnel are contuining repairs to two generating units. Until those repairs are completed, and there is enough electrical capacity to restore all customers, WAPA will engage a one-hour rotation schedule at 8:30 pm as follows: service will be restored to Feeders 6A, 7A, 7C, and 8A. During the rotation schedule, the following feeders will be off-line: 6B, 7B, 7E, 9C, and 10B. Should the repairs not be completed by 9:30 pm, another hour of rotating outages will be in effect. An update will be provided by 9 pm.

Hurricane Dorian has passed us by. The yard is messy but overall we seem unscathed! Even the youngest Anchorage residents are helping with the clean up!

A system that was projected to see further development in the coming days has accelerated and is expected to strengthen into a tropical depression this weekend

The Anchorage is pleased to welcome trick-or-treaters on Halloween night from Dusk 'till about 9PM. Look for the doors where there is a decoration or the lights are on. Please respect those homes that do not choose to participate
