Nashville, you did NOT disappoint!!! 🤠🎶🥳

WOW! What an incredible few days at the Vacation Rental Management Association - Vacation Rental Management Association - VRMA Conference in Nashville! From Sunday through Tuesday, it was NONSTOP! Networking, learning, laughter, reconnecting with friends, and making new ones! My heart is full, and my brain is overflowing with knowledge! 😂🥰

First, a HUGE congratulations to the amazing Co-Chairs, April and Rachel, and the entire VRMA team! What an extraordinary event! The dedication, creativity, and countless hours that go into organizing a conference of this magnitude do not go unnoticed! BRAVO!!! 👏👏👏

Sunday kicked off with Topgolf! ⛳ A special thank you to Humphrey for inviting me to be on your team! I hadn't been to a driving range in over a DECADE, so imagine my pleasant surprise! LOL! What a fabulous way to kick things off!

Then came the Golden Ticket event hosted by Host Planet! Absolutely AMAZING! And guess what?! I even got to meet DOLLY!!! Well, Nashville wouldn't be Nashville without a little Dolly, now would it?! 😂💕

Monday and Tuesday were all about soaking up knowledge like a sponge! 🧽 Seminars, networking, conversations, and learning from some of the brightest minds in our industry!

I also had the pleasure of attending the Advocacy Luncheon, something I feel incredibly passionate about supporting. After all, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! 💪

A tremendous KUDOS to the extraordinary women who have invested endless hours advocating for our industry, standing up for what we do, and ensuring our voices are heard! You are truly making a difference! ❤️
Let's not forget, vacation rentals are SO much more than a place to stay. We are part of the tourism industry! We support local restaurants, shops, tour operators, small businesses, and communities around the WORLD! We help create jobs, strengthen local economies, and, most importantly, create MEMORIES! 🥰🌎

And can we talk about the creativity of the exhibitor booths?! WOW! From delicious lattes being served to the opportunity to SNUGGLE WITH PUPPIES!!! 🐶☕ I mean, seriously, puppies?! How could anyone resist?! LOL!

But perhaps my FAVORITE part of the entire conference?

THE PEOPLE! ❤️

Reconnecting with cherished friends, sharing hugs, exchanging ideas, laughing until our cheeks hurt, and FINALLY meeting people in person whom we've only known through Zoom calls! 😂 There is simply no substitute for genuine human connection!

I returned home feeling inspired, grateful, energized, and reminded once again why I LOVE being part of this incredible industry!

Thank you, VRMA, for bringing us together and reminding us of the tremendous impact we have, not only on our guests and property owners, but on the communities we serve.

After all, we aren't simply managing properties. We are creating experiences, supporting communities, building friendships, and helping people make memories that last a lifetime! ❤️
