I have been actively appraising real estate within the U.S. Virgin Islands since 1984. My initial appraising experience was gained as an appraisal associate of Mr. Raymond Wright MAI AIA from 1984-1990. I presently own/manage an active appraisal office on St. I am a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser sanctioned by the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs, an as

sociate member of the Appraisal Institute and a member in the V.I. Real Estate Appraiser’s Association. I am also a designated fee appraiser for the F.H.A./H.U.D. and the USDA/Rural Development. I have researched and prepared over 5,000 appraisal reports and conducted nearly 1,500 new construction and insurance damage inspection reports since 1984. I am also a licensed Realtor Associate with Farchette & Hanley Real Estate.
