In planning for the 2016 Hurricane season we have been warned that we will be facing a longer storm period with more named storms due to the return of El Nino. Now is the time to start getting ready. If you are returning to the states for the summer please remember to:
1. Turn the master water valve OFF as well as the angle stop for each toilet.
2. Bring in everything from your balconies. If you have plants, they should go in the nursery.
3. Leave room for a person to be able to reach your hurricane shutters and close them if necessary.

Reminder - The Coakley Bay Association Annual Owners Meeting will be held, Saturday, January 30, 2016, 9:00 AM, AST, at Cultured Pelican Restaurant.

Special Meeting for Sept. 2 about Tropical Storm Erica has been changed to 1:00 PM.

All owners are requested to attend a special meeting of the Board of Director on September 2, at 9:00 AM. The meeting in be held in the Coakley Bay Office and the subject will be Tropical Storm Erica.
