I am here to help you accomplish your real estate goals, period! Of course, that typically includes negotiating the best price and terms that leads us to the closing table, but in order to do this, there are many tasks and often challenges that arise. Trust me, here on the island โ they do! ๐ด
Oftentimes we work and resolve without the buyer or seller even knowing there was a hiccup. I show up for my clients because I care. I dig deep and turn noโs into, well letโs try this. ๐ง
Whether itโs a survey issue that requires tracking down a neighbor to sign an easement who lives in another country or finding out that the other parties attorney has done absolutely nothing with the closing just a week away or maybe the seller has taken most of the furniture they were supposed to leaveโฆyou name it, and Iโve probably seen it! ๐คทโโ๏ธ
All the calls, texts, emails, floors swept, beds made, pictures taken, late night discussions โ that is part of this job. I donโt step back, I keep pushing because at the end of the day, itโs about you!๐ซ
