Marina Fuel Dock Attendant – Oasis Cove Marina (St. Thomas, USVI)

Oasis Cove Marina is a premier waterfront facility in St. Thomas serving local boaters, charter companies, and visiting yachts. We pride ourselves on providing efficient, friendly, and reliable marine fueling and dockside service.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and personable Fuel Dock Attendant to join our marina operations team. The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling both physical and clerical aspects of marina fueling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process payments accurately for marine fuel sales (gasoline and diesel) via POS system, cash, or electronic transfer
• Deliver top-quality customer service to boat owners, captains, and guests
• Safely assist with fueling operations following all safety and environmental procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel dock and surrounding area
• Record daily fuel sales and customer transactions in the marina’s system
• Perform basic computer tasks (logging transactions, updating spreadsheets, printing receipts, etc.)
• Provide general assistance to boaters (lines, fenders, directions, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Previous marina, boating, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer and POS system proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work outdoors in a marine environment
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience, plus potential for tips and fuel discounts.
