Great Expectations villa As one of our guests said 'Great Expectations is the best damn villa on St John!'

Great Expectations has been THE getaway spot for families looking to gather together for a family holiday, groups of friends who want a comfortable setting, and, often, the setting for brides and grooms as they gather their friends and family for their island wedding celebration. With 4 Master bedrooms plus 4 Guest bedrooms, 3 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, hammocks galore, views to the east capturing the sunrise from the Caribbean as well as views to the west to enjoy the sunset, private basketball & tennis court, and even a wading pool for the little ones - our villa is perfect for 2 to 16 people. Since our pricing is based only on the number of bedrooms used we are affordable for a couple who wants ultimate privacy or a group of 16 people wanting a villa with plenty of space to gather.
