One of the non-beach things to do on island is sit at Casa Brisa Colina and watch the bananquits aka sugar birds enjoy a feast. There are sometimes 40 at one time sharing the bounty of granulated sugar that we put out. They sense the calm of the humans around them and decide to entertain us for hours (if we kept replenishing the sugar!)

Casa Brisa Colina has some new enhancements! The upper level has a brand new Whirlpool gas stove stop; the amazing view from the window is still the same. The upper level entrance from the driveway has been leveled, concreted and enhanced with glow-in-the-dark tiles which creates an awesome effect in the dark (we couldn’t let the lower level have all the fun). And the lower level now has its own laundry room!

Just got this review and we have to say- we agree wholeheartedly!
“5 stars. The photos don't do the view justice.The pool was perfect for watching a sunset and unwinding after a day visiting the island.Solar and generator made the visit flawless with the unfoutunte power outages on the island right now. The host made sure we had everything we needed and helped us get to and from the property to make sure there were no issues.10/10”
