KHỞI CÔNG DỰ ÁN CHUNG CƯ KẾT HỢP THƯƠNG MẠI DỊCH VỤ CCTM1 - PHÂN KHU LÕI TRUNG TÂM TẠI MIZUKI PARK

Sáng 20/05/2026, Nam Long Group và nhà thầu Newtecons tổ chức khởi công Dự án Chung cư kết hợp Thương mại Dịch vụ CCTM1 – phân khu lõi trung tâm thuộc Khu đô thị tích hợp Mizuki Park. Dự án do Nam Long và hai đối tác hơn 100 năm kinh nghiệm từ Nhật Bản là Hankyu Hanshin Properties và Nishi Nippon Railroad hợp tác phát triển.
CCTM1 gồm 1 tháp căn hộ 20 tầng, trong đó bao gồm tầng hầm, khối đế thương mại và 191 căn hộ với đa dạng loại hình 1PN, 2PN, 3PN. Đặc biệt, hệ tiện ích khối đế thương mại ở tầng 1 và 2, hồ bơi vô cực, phòng tập gym và các tiện ích nội khu ở tầng 3 giúp hiện thực hoá câu chuyện “tiện ích cách vài bước chân” cho các cư dân tương lai. Với thiết kế hiện đại, sang trọng, cùng hệ tiện ích nội khu chất lượng cao, sự hiện diện của CCTM1 chính là mảnh ghép sôi động sẽ góp phần nâng cao chất lượng sống cho toàn khu đô thị.
Đảm nhiệm vai trò tổng thầu thi công, Newtecons sẽ triển khai toàn bộ các hạng mục từ phần móng, kết cấu, hoàn thiện, cơ điện, hạ tầng kỹ thuật đến cảnh quan nội khu.

GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF CCTM1 – THE CENTRAL CORE MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT AT MIZUKI PARK
On the morning of May 20, 2026, Nam Long Group, in collaboration with the main contractor Newtecons, officially commenced construction of CCTM1 - a mixed-use residential and commercial development located at the central core of Mizuki Park integrated township.
The project is jointly developed by Nam Long Group and its long-standing Japanese partners - Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad, both with over a century of experience in real estate and urban development.
CCTM1 comprises a 20-storey residential tower with a basement, a retail podium, and 191 apartment units, offering a diverse mix of one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. Notably, the project features a well-integrated amenity system, including retail spaces on Levels 1 and 2, an infinity swimming pool, a gym, and internal facilities on Level 3, bringing everyday conveniences within easy reach of future residents. With its modern architectural design and high-quality internal amenities, CCTM1 is envisioned as a vibrant addition that will further enhance the overall living standards and urban vitality of Mizuki Park.
As the main contractor, Newtecons will be responsible for the full scope of construction works, including foundation and substructure, superstructure, architectural finishing, MEP systems, infrastructure works, and landscape development.
