🔹According to the Ministry of Construction's Real estate Market report of the second quarter of 2021, the transaction price of apartments in Ho Chi Minh City still increased by about 5-7% compared to the first quarter of 2021
🔹More than 3,000 successful transactions have been recorded in this city. Those mainly come from the high-end and mid-end apartment segments and focus on prestigious projects for quality management - operation, and all-in-one projects
🔹The Apartment price index in HCMC increased by 2%, Townhouses by 2%, and Private houses by 4% in the second quarter of 2021
🔹In July 2021, apartment prices in Ho Chi Minh City continued to increase 2% compared to June 2021 and nearly 10% compared to the same period in 2020, despite transaction demand and the number of real estate products for sale last month and the previous month decreased by 25% and 44%
🔹The selling price of Primary apartments in the city has also increased by 15% compared to the beginning of the year, which is within 3 short months, according to Savills Viet Nam
