Each component at Nobu Danang continues to be implemented in sync, from structural works and masonry to the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, steadily moving the project closer to completion.

🧱 Structural Works:

Construction of floors 16–17

Preparing formwork, props, and working platforms for floor 18 and the swimming pool area

Building staircases for floors 5–6

🏢 Masonry & Finishing:

Continuing masonry from the basement up to floor 12

Waterproofing toilets and balconies

Applying primer and skimcoat in designated areas

⚡ MEP & Interior Fit‑out:

Installing MEP systems in the basement, podium, and tower blocks

Tendering and preparing for the model unit and interior fit‑out package

🏗️ DẤU ẤN THI CÔNG HIỆN TẠI:
🔹 Hầm B1 – B2: Hoàn thiện khu kho bãi và hệ thống ram dốc.
🔹 Tầng 1 & 2: Thi công cầu thang bộ, lắp đặt vận thăng và chuẩn bị không gian vận hành chuyên nghiệp.
🔹 Tầng cao (Tầng 6 - 6M): Lắp dựng hệ Gangform, giàn giáo bao che; hoàn tất đổ bê tông sàn Zone 1 & 2.
🔹 Hoàn thiện: Xử lý bề mặt vách thang máy và sơn lót mặt ngoài Tầng 2.

🚀 KẾ HOẠCH BỨT PHÁ THÁNG 03/2026:
🎯 Tập trung đổ bê tông sàn L6 (Zone 3) và lắp dựng cốt thép sàn chuyển L6M.🎯 Đẩy mạnh xây tô tường trong nhà từ Tầng 2 đến Tầng 4.
🎯 Triển khai gói Cơ điện (MEP) và chuẩn bị mẫu VMU hệ Façade (mặt ngoài).

🔹 Upper floors (Floors 6 - 6M): Construction of Gangform system and scaffolding for enclosure; Completed concrete pouring for Zones 1 & 2.
🔹 Finishing: Surface treatment of elevator shaft walls and exterior priming on Floor 2.

✨Trong tháng 12/2025, Nobu Danang tiếp tục được triển khai thi công đúng tiến độ, tập trung vào các hạng mục kết cấu chính và hệ lõi thang máy.
Các công tác thi công được thực hiện đồng bộ, đảm bảo chất lượng, an toàn theo đúng kế hoạch.

✨Bước sang tháng 01/2026, công trường tập trung đẩy nhanh tiến độ phần kết cấu và hoàn thiện các hạng mục nền tảng, nhằm chuẩn bị cho giai đoạn thi công tiếp theo.
Trọng tâm công việc bao gồm việc đổ bê tông sàn L5 và L6; thi công hệ cầu thang bộ tại các khu vực Hầm B2, B1, Tầng 1 và Tầng 2; triển khai ram dốc khu vực hầm B2 và B1; đồng thời tiến hành xây tô tường Tầng 2 và hoàn thiện khu văn phòng làm việc của Ban Chỉ Huy.

✨In December 2025, Nobu Danang continued construction on schedule, focusing on the main structural elements and elevator core system.

Construction work was carried out synchronously, ensuring quality and safety according to plan.

✨Entering January 2026, the construction site focused on accelerating the progress of the structural work and completing the foundation elements, in preparation for the next construction phase.

The main work included pouring concrete for floors L5 and L6; constructing the stairwell system in Basement B2, B1, Floor 1 and Floor 2; implementing ramps in Basement B2 and B1; and simultaneously constructing and plastering the walls of Floor 2 and completing the Command Center office area.
