My team leader presented me with an amazing opportunity to join her in Florida for an eXp conference this week and I am so glad she did. I’ve spent the last 3 days not only learning how to further expand my business and tools to better assist my clients, but I was in rooms and shook hands with some of the highest producers in the industry. They welcomed me, introduced me to new ideas, and handed me their playbook to success. Just handed it over. Agents don’t do this! It is unheard of. To be surrounded by visionaries who were willing to share their secrets that have helped them and their teams succeed, because they want to see other agents win was mind blowing for me.

I told myself last year that I was ready for big changes right now. I was tired of playing small and taking baby steps and I was ready to leap into the next chapter of my life and career. This year I am on track to triple my production from last year.

This conference has given me an entirely new outlook and has ignited a fire in me that you wouldn’t believe.

I can have it all and I’m coming for everything that’s mine.
