We got a 7 bedrooms suite house for rent.
There is only one room available at the moment.
It got 8 bathrooms and large kitchen, large living room. The bike park could fit in 7 bikes.
It is located at centra district where is Ngoc Ha street, Ba Dinh district in front of Ho Chi minh museum.
It is nearby local market, ATM, Bank, street foods, restaurant, bar pub and the old quarter.
Bus stop nearby is going through the whole city.
Electricity is rate of normal family and the same with water bills.
You would share the communal area with 2 South Africa girls, 3 Vietnamese and 1 Eurasia guy.
Private meter for every room for electricity
Free cleaning service twice per week
Free maintain service
Free management service

We also having a empty house 7 floors 7 bedrooms and it got elevator. It is newly built finished end of 2020.
