🏢 DOES YOUR BUILDING REQUIRE MOVING REGISTRATION?
Not every apartment does. Small apartments and some private buildings may not require it.

📋 MOVING OUT
As the tenant, you normally arrange the moving-out registration with the building reception or management office.
You will usually need confirmation from your current landlord that they agree to the move.
Your landlord can confirm this directly with the building, by phone/message, or provide written confirmation.
If you cannot reach your landlord, your real estate agent who helped you rent the apartment may be able to assist.
