🌊 Quynh Beach, Nghe An – a different side of Vietnam🇻🇳
About 200km from Hanoi, a 3.5-hour sleeper bus ride takes you to a quiet, authentic fishing village.

No crowds. No fancy tourism. Just a beautiful beach, local fishermen, and simple everyday life.

English may not be common here, but kindness speaks everywhere — through smiles, gestures and warm hospitality. 🤍

If you want to experience real, local Vietnam, Quynh Beach is worth the journey.

🌊 Biển Quỳnh, Nghệ An – một góc Việt Nam thật khác

Nếu bạn muốn trải nghiệm một Việt Nam chân thật, gần gũi với đời sống địa phương, Biển Quỳnh rất đáng để bạn thực hiện chuyến đi.

Vietnamese Bread with Sweetened Condensed Milk – A Taste of Childhood🇻🇳🥖🥛

Not every unforgettable dish has to be elaborate or expensive. Sometimes, the sweetest memories begin with nothing more than a warm, crispy baguette and a cup of sweetened condensed milk.

For many Vietnamese people, especially those who grew up in simpler times, bread dipped in Ông Thọ condensed milk is more than just breakfast—it is a cherished childhood memory. Every morning, a freshly baked baguette would be torn into small pieces and dipped into rich, creamy condensed milk. The contrast between the crispy bread and the silky sweetness of the milk creates a humble yet unforgettable flavor that brings back warm memories with every bite.

Today, in a world full of modern cuisine, many Vietnamese still return to this simple treat as a way of slowing down and reconnecting with the peaceful moments of the past. For visitors, it may seem like a very simple snack. But for locals, it tells a story of family, busy school mornings, and the love hidden in life’s simplest moments.

If you’d like to experience Vietnamese culture beyond the famous dishes, find a small café in Hanoi, order a warm baguette with a cup of Ông Thọ condensed milk, and enjoy it the local way. You won’t just taste its sweetness—you’ll discover a little piece of Vietnam’s heart and soul.
