Our UMI House has 5 floors (250m)- in Long Bien District (10 Mins go to HaNoi Old quarter), We provide:

- 4 BedRoom
- 1 lobby
- 3,5 Bathroom
- 1 Kitchen
- 1 balcony / lounge / garden area
- TV in the Kitchen
- Full Air Conditioning in all of the rooms

Also a 5-10min walk to Mipec Building offers shopping at super market, Restaurants, cinema, gym, pool and entertainment.

Welcome to the New UMI House w/a modern artistic style & nature located w/a great view of the garden. Offering a quiet atmosphere w/plenty of natural light secluded from the hustle & bustle of HaNoi city. Located on a dead end street guarantees minimal noise.

There is a Vinmart market at the corner from the house. Also a 5-10min walk to Mipec Building offers shopping at Auchan super market, Restaurants, cinema, gym, pool and entertainment.
10 Mins from the Old Quarter City by car or a short walk across Long Bien Bridge.

The apartment setup is a private bedroom and a private bathroom on its own floor and a shared full kitchen/lounge area on the top floor with an outside balcony area and garden scene (with other potential guests in the other bedrooms).

- 4th floor has one smaller bedrooms and private bathroom

- 5th floor has the shared full kitchen/lounge/outside balcony/garden area
