The supply of affordable housing units will remain stagnant this year.

The national television broadcaster of Vietnam, VTV1, reported our Vietnam Market Outlook 2024 and interviewed JLL's expert, Bach Ta, Director, Capital Market about the Vietnam residential market. Bach said, " Projects lacking land with residential-purpose will continue to be a significant barrier to the housing supply in 2024 as residential developers in Ho Chi Minh City are struggling to acquire or convert land with other purposes into residential land for their currrent projects. This has led to a positive growth in selling prices for products of all types, ranging from mid-end to high-end".

Điều này dẫn đến việc là giá bán đang tăng trưởng dương đối với tất cả loại sản phẩm từ trung cấp đến cao cấp".
