Keppel được vinh danh ‘Chủ đầu tư của thập kỷ’ tại PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2024

🎊 Ngày 16/11 vừa qua, tại lễ trao giải thưởng PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards (VPA) 2024, Keppel đã chiến thắng năm hạng mục, bao gồm giải thưởng ‘Chủ đầu tư của thập kỷ’ (Developer of the Decade). ‘Chủ đầu tư của thập kỷ’ là giải thưởng đặc biệt nhân dịp kỷ niệm 10 năm PropertyGuru VPA được tổ chức, nhằm tôn vinh các công ty đã tạo nên những tiêu chuẩn xuất sắc trong lĩnh vực bất động sản Việt Nam trong 10 năm qua.
🎊 Bên cạnh đó, Keppel cũng chiến thắng giải thưởng Chủ đầu tư có Thiết kế Bền vững, nhấn mạnh cam kết của Doanh nghiệp trong việc đem lại các thiết kế hướng đến phát triển bền vững, cũng như những nỗ lực triển khai các hoạt động nhằm giảm thiểu tác động đến môi trường trong toàn bộ quá trình xây dựng, từ khâu thiết kế đến vận hành và bảo trì của Keppel.
🎊 Một dự án nhà ở do Keppel và Khang Điền hợp tác phát triển cũng chiến thắng hạng mục Dự án Nhà ở Thấp tầng Cao cấp tốt nhất TP.HCM và Dự án Tích hợp Thiên nhiên tốt nhất Việt Nam, nhờ sự kết hợp liền mạch giữa không gian sống cao cấp giữa thiên nhiên với môi trường xanh và bền vững. Hanoi Centre, dự án thương mại do Keppel quản lý và vận hành tại Hà Nội, cũng được vinh danh tại hạng mục Thiết kế Nội thất Bán lẻ tốt nhất Việt Nam.
🎊 Ông Joseph Low, Chủ tịch, Khối Bất động sản (Việt Nam) và Giám đốc Khối bán lẻ thuộc Keppel cho biết: “Chúng tôi rất vui mừng khi được vinh danh tại Giải thưởng Bất động sản PropertyGuru Việt Nam 2024. Keppel named 'Developer of the Decade' at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards 2024
🎊 Keppel and its projects were honoured with five awards at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Property Awards (VPA) 2024, including the distinguished Developer of the Decade award. This accolade, presented in conjunction with PropertyGuru VPA's 10th anniversary, celebrates visionary companies that have set the benchmark for excellence in Vietnam’s real estate sector over the past ten years.
🎊 In addition, Keppel won the Sustainable Design Award in the Environmental, Social and Governance Developer category, reflecting its dedication to sustainable design and environmentally responsible practices that minimise impact across construction, operation and maintenance.
🎊 A residential project jointly developed by Keppel and Khang Dien in Thu Duc City, won both the Best High-End Housing Development (HCMC) and Best Nature Integrated Development awards for its seamless integration of high-end living with nature and sustainable green spaces. Hanoi Centre, Keppel’s upcoming retail development in Hanoi, also won the Best Retail Interior Design award.
