GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR BOUSTEAD INDUSTRIAL PARK PHASE 2A MANAGED BY BOUSTEAD PROJECTS & KTG INDUSTRIAL

✅On Monday, November 16, 2020 in Nhon Trach 2 – Nhon Phu Industrial Park, Nhon Trach District, D**g Nai Province, Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam) started construction of Phase 2A of Boustead Industrial Park (BIP). Mr. Tran Quang Trung – General Director of Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam) presided over a groundbreaking ceremony that was attended by Mr. Dang Trong Duc, CEO of KTG Industrial – representative of co-manager in this project, representatives of CBRE, JLL, Savills, Colliers and many other agents, partners in the industrial real estate industry.

✅At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Tran Quang Trung shared that “Providing the industrial real estate market of Vietnam with international standard factories and warehouses has always been the relentless focus of Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam). The needs of our customers are central to the way we build and develop product platforms and accompany customers throughout their business processes and in meeting their international growth plans. Our collaboration with KTG Industrial on joint management will allow us to tap into each other’s network and complementary capabilities.”

DỰ ÁN BOUSTEAD INDUSTRIAL PARK GIAI ĐOẠN 2A CHÍNH THỨC KHỞI CÔNG VÀ ĐƯỢC QUẢN LÝ BỞI BOUSTEAD PROJECTS CÙNG KTG INDUSTRIAL

✅Ngày 16 tháng 11 năm 2020 tại đường số 7C, khu công nghiệp Nhơn Trạch 2, Nhơn Phú, xã Hiệp Phước, huyện Nhơn Trạch, tỉnh Đồng Nai, Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam) nhà cung cấp giải pháp bất động sản công nghiệp hàng đầu tại Singapore đã khởi công xây dựng giai đoạn 2A nhà xưởng Boustead Industrial Park (BIP). Lễ khởi công có sự tham gia ông Trần Quang Trung – Tổng giám đốc Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam), ông Đặng Trọng Đức, CEO KTG Industrial – đại diện đơn vị đồng quản lý dự án, đại diện các đối tác CBRE, JLL, Savills, Colliers cùng nhiều đơn vị khác trong ngành bất động sản công nghiệp.

✅Giai đoạn 2A của BIP triển khai nhà xưởng xây sẵn với tổng diện tích xây dựng là 38.000 mét vuông trên tổng diện tích sàn (GFA)

✅Tại buổi lễ khởi công, ông Trần Quang Trung – Tổng giám đốc Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam) chia sẻ “Mang đến cho thị trường bất động sản công nghiệp Việt Nam các hệ thống nhà xưởng, nhà kho đạt tiêu chuẩn quốc tế luôn là nỗ lực không ngừng của Boustead Projects Land (Vietnam) trong suốt thời gian qua. Do sự tác động của Covid-19 cũng như các yếu tố khác, dự kiến giá trị M&A năm 2020 tiếp tục suy giảm, ước đạt 3,5 tỷ USD (bằng 48,6% so với năm 2019).

Tuy nhiên, giới đầu tư và doanh nghiệp Việt Nam vẫn tin vào sức bật của thị trường M&A trong giai đoạn hậu Covid. Thị trường có thể phục hồi về mức 4,5-5 tỷ USD vào năm 2021 trước khi bật mạnh hơn nhờ các thương vụ mới cũng như nhiều thương vụ thoái vốn lớn được Nhà nước thực hiện sau năm 2021.

Hàng tỷ USD đang chờ đổ vào Việt Nam thông qua hình thức mua bán sáp nhập (M&A). Chuyên gia dự báo, các thương vụ lớn có thể được chốt vào năm 2021.

PLANNING URBAN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES TO FIT NEW DEMAND

🎉At last week's Vietnam Industrial Property Forum, leaders of companies, state agencies, and media discussed plans for the next five years

✅Mr Dang Trong Duc, CEO of KTG Industrial told VIR that the direction from the goverment to develop industrial zones towards eco-industrial ones is suitable for global development.

✅Mr Duc said "Eco-industrial parks are a good trend, not only in Vietnam, but also in neighbouring countries like Thailand, China and Singapore", adding that only Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park and Kinh Bac have developed projects in this way and combined their zones with urban areas.
