- Primarily deal with project employer/ consultant and subcontractors regarding payment issues;
- Prepare, compile and submit progress claim in timely manner including updating payment records;
- Prepare subcontract (English & Vietnamese);
- Check & prepare progress payment certificates for all sub-contractors including site valuations with supervisors;
- Responsible for quantities taking off from

the tender drawings and cross-check the provided quantities;
- Prepare Quotation, design fee to Line Manager;
- Calculate Bill of Quantity and Cost Estimation of tender;
- Collect and formulate Database Library of Cost, Project and Material;
- To assign in the project site
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
