Và rồi ngày Metro chính thức đi vào hoạt động tạo nên 1 cơn sốt, không chỉ sốt đi trải nghiệm metro, nhà nhà, người người ở khắp nơi đổ về Hồ Chí Minh, chen chúc nhau để đi thử và check in metro, mà tiếp sau đó, cơn sốt các căn hộ quanh trạm metro số 1, giá thì lên nhưng ít căn bán ra vì ai cũng sợ bán rồi không biết có mua lại được không, đây là thực tế thị trường khi ấy.
Mình có một niềm tin mạnh mẽ rằng sau cú hích hạ tầng từ việc tuyến Metro đi vào hoạt động, nhà nước đã và đang dần cải thiện quy trình, để những công trình công cộng, phục vụ cộng đồng sẽ không ì ạch như rất nhiều năm qua, mà tiến độ sẽ tốt hơn, hiệu quả hơn. Kéo theo đó, là giá trị không những giá trị Bất động sản mà giá trị về môi trường sống, đặc biệt giá trị tinh thần đến từ các sự kiện Thể Thao lớn sẽ mang lại cho cư dân quanh đây một cuộc sống tươi vui hơn, năng lượng hơn, chất lượng hơn!
