Facilities:
All apartments consist of two rooms, one of which is the bedroom, having a king size bed, built in wardrobes, air conditioning, en-suite shower rooms.

The other room an open plan lounge /kitchen area with sofa, TV, and dining table. The kitchen area is equipped with Cooker, Fridge /Freezer, kettle, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.

There is air-conditioning in each room.
Each apartment has a small balcony.

A once every two weeks maid service is provided when the bedding and towels are changed, and a simple clean carried out throughout the apartment.

A washing machine available for with a drying area
There is No smoking throughout the apartment building
There is a private motorcycle parking are for the apartments
We sell 19Ltr bottles of drinking water price on application.

Private transfers to and from Da Nang City/ Airport are 250,000 vnd.

A cleaner will service the apartment once a week cleaning the shower room, floors and kitchen worktops and changing the bedding and towels.

They come fully furnished to western standards, with WiFi, laundry facilities, maid clean once every two weeks, in a quiet area of Cam Chau with secure parking.

A months visa is $25 usd / £20 UK the sun is shining, 30°C today and the bars and restaurants are open
