[RING ROAD 3 ] - 08/28/2025

Millions of people in Ho Chi Minh City, D**g Nai and Tay Ninh are about to welcome the good news: 24 km long main highway on Ring Road 3 will be open to traffic by the end of 2025

It is expected that by December 31, 2025, the main highway of about 24.1 km (including 14.7 km of viaducts, 6.4 km of the whole line, 3 km of overpasses and intersections) on the 3rd Ring Road of Ho Chi Minh City will be open to traffic.

The investment project to build Ring Road 3 in Ho Chi Minh City is a strategic traffic project that is more than 76km long, passing through Ho Chi Minh City, D**g Nai and Tay Ninh, with a total investment of more than 75,300 billion VND. The project was started in June 2023, with the goal of basic completion by 2025 and completion in June 2026.

At the construction site, Director of the Management Board of the Ho Chi Minh City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board reported on the project progress. Accordingly, by the end of July, the total area of land recovered and handed over reached 100%. The resettlement work has been completed. The relocation of technical infrastructure works and component projects has been basically completed, ensuring progress.

Up to now, the construction and installation packages of component projects are accelerating their implementation, ensuring the milestones of completion of each route in 2025 and completing the entire project in 2026.
