🏗 CẬP NHẬT TIẾN ĐỘ DỰ ÁN URBAN GREEN 🏗
Những hình ảnh tiến độ mới nhất tại công trường Urban Green thời điểm cuối tháng 09 năm 2024:
🌟Tháp The Aster, Tháp The Bliss:
- Đã hoàn thiện toàn bộ công tác xây dựng
- Hệ thống MEP và PCCC đã được lắp đặt.
- Đang triển khai thi công hoàn thiện và vệ sinh nội thất các căn hộ.
🌟Khối đế và tầng hầm:
- Đã hoàn tất xây dựng và các hệ thống kỹ thuật (MEP & PCCC) được lắp đặt và vận hành thử nghiệm.
- Các tiện ích như hồ bơi, phòng gym, khu vui chơi trẻ em, khu tiện ích cộng đồng đang trong giai đoạn hoàn thiện cuối cùng.
🌟Khu vực Villa và Nhà Văn Hóa:
- Đã hoàn tất xây dựng phần thô.
- Đang hoàn thiện mặt ngoài và cảnh quan xung quanh.
🌟 Khu hạ tầng:
- Hệ thống đường giao thông nội khu đã được trải nhựa.
- Công tác hoàn thiện cảnh quan, bao gồm trồng cây xanh và bố trí các mảng xanh, đang được đẩy nhanh.

🏗 URBAN GREEN PROJECT CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 🏗
The latest progress updates at Urban Green construction site at the end of September 2024:
🌟The Aster and The Bliss towers:
- Construction is complete, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, along with fire protection systems, have been installed.
- Interior finishes and cleaning are now underway.
🌟Podium and Basement:
- Building construction and MEP systems are finished and have been tested.
- Amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, children's play area, and community spaces are in the final stages of completion.
🌟Villa area and Community Center:
- The initial construction phase is complete.
- The project is now focused on exterior finishes and landscaping.
🌟Infrastructure:
- Internal roads have been paved.
- Landscaping efforts, including tree planting and green space development, are being accelerated.
