WUTS THUH WERD? What’s the word? EVERYTHING THAT BECAME BIG STARTED SMALL. Apple started small. Amazon started small. Microsoft started small. Tesla started small. Artificial Intelligence started small. You may have started a new business. That business may be slow gaining traction. However, stay consistent with working on improving that business. Continue to educate yourself regarding the market for that business. Continue to work on differentiating your business from businesses in your market. Perfect your craft. Add value. Create a new market within the existing market. Add missing pieces to your market. Your business will grow. It may take years to grow. However, that business will one day become big!

I WANT YOU GUYS THAT ARE SPENDING YOUR MONEY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PEOPLE THAT ARE EDUCATING YOU ARE REALLY APPLYING IN THE REAL WORLD WHAT THEY ARE TEACHING YOU.

This is a serious problem right now , a real pandemic. This pandemic is hurting more people than covid-19 has done. These educators out here many, of them have no business educating you guys, but they are using your desperation and your fears as a gateway to get into your pockets for the money you work so hard for. Hold your educator accountable make them prove to you that they are who they claim they are.

That goes for me too. This is why I'm as transparent as I am and real about the good the bad the ugly of Real Estate, because I had so many people that I believed in, that I gave my money to help me learn this business only to find out after the money was spent it was all lies.

Keep in mind, this is for investing using the BRRRR Strategy.

If it’s your first project, do light cosmetic rehabs. It’s too risky to use credit cards and a big renovation.

Go to the job site often. You should be finished in less than 6 months.

Refinance and pay the cards off.

Use the cards over and over again. Buying more properties.

Once you get your construction crew, pair cards with hard money to scale.

Posted • Always remember to never commit to a seller who isn’t ready to commit to you!! If all decision makers are not present or you can’t get them on the line, then only give out a price range!!

Stop giving hard offers when they have to get back with you at a later time and also stop sending out contracts when they’re not ready to sign because 9/10 someone may not like your offer and will be willing to entertain other parties and use your offer as a base to get higher offers!!

P.S - Always identity all decision makers at the beginning of every!! 📞📞📞
