Very pleased to have been appointed for a new project in Crystal Palace, London.

The project will involve alterations, restoration and improvements to a beautiful historic building in a conservation area.

The site of the project is very near to where this famous scene was filmed.

(No doors or vans will be blown off/up...!... project photos and drawings will follow.)

We are delighted to share that our listed building project, previously refused by the Local Planning Authority, has now been allowed on appeal by the Planning Inspectorate.

The scheme proposes sensitive and carefully considered alterations to a Grade II listed property, enhancing the building while respecting its historic character and significance.

This is an excellent result and a testament to the strength of the case presented on appeal.

We are especially pleased for our Clients, who showed great determination throughout the process and who very kindly wrote to the team:

"Thank you all so much for your hard work — you really went above and beyond and we got the right result in the end."

Very pleased to have secured Planning approval for our Clients in London.

The project will increase the floor area of the house significantly providing more living area, open plan kitchen/diner, utility room and family space.

The design includes a curved rear facade with a large curved glass window overlooking the garden.

Our project in South London is coming together really well. The project is a side extension with remodeling of the kitchen and dining area.

Really pleased with the progress on site and how it is looking.
