So incredible to get to see my dear friend Melissa run yet ANOTHER marathon today! And you look great doing it too 😁👏🏃‍♀️Had fun cheering you on with the crew and I know many were cheering from a distance too. You make it look like a walk in the park when I know the reality behind it is many many hours and miles of training and dedication to your passion. So admirable. Love seeing you crush your goals 👏👏👏If you decide you wanna run a marathon in Hawaii or something you just lmk, I will be there 😜😁

Happy Saturday! What's your favorite way to start the day? I'm so grateful for the wonderful resource of YouTube, in particular Yoga with Adriene. My favorite for the morning is called "Sunrise Yoga" and it was perfect for today. She ends with, "Be yourself. Be kind to yourself. And then treat others the same way." ❤️❤️❤️

Fall crafts with these little rascals! So fun seeing how creative they get. Alex wrote a story in her pumpkin book and it was hilarious 😂 maybe not appropriate for sharing on social media. Jordan had fun and creative ideas of what to do with the paint and putting liquid glue on a glue stick to get a better stick. Love seeing how free their imaginations are. Liz and Josh I hope it wasn't too much to clean up after. I will definitely bring a tablecloth next time 🤣

Maine has been a beautiful site to see! My favorite memories already are silly moments with this crazy one 😜 Highly recommend a visit to Acadia National Park and the surrounding area to anyone considering it! Pro tip: watch out for trolls under the bridge at Jordan Pond!!!
