🌟 Building Dreams: An Inclusive Oasis for Rehabilitation and Care 🏡

Step into a world of compassion and care, where every step is a step toward healing and hope. This remarkable project is more than just a building; it's a symbol of support, inclusivity, and community.

👶 On the ground floor, child development support and nursery facilities blend seamlessly into a courtyard, where the laughter of children echoes through the air. Slides, halls, and playgrounds create a haven for kids to grow, learn, and thrive. An ancient Konara oak tree stands as a testament to the seasons and history, adding to the beauty of this oasis.

👩‍⚕️ Moving up to the second floor, a pediatric clinic awaits on the north side, providing stability and care. Playrooms, rest areas, and respite rooms for parents surround a tranquil courtyard, offering solace and comfort.

🏡 The exterior of this building is a bridge to the local community, with open views to the streets and the nearby park. It's designed to seamlessly blend into the residential district, becoming an integral part of the neighborhood.

💫 Inspired by the acorn caps of the Konara oak tree, the roofs and canopies are adorned with diamond shingles made of durable copper roofing sheets. It's not just a building; it's a symbol of longevity and community contribution.

🌿 Inside, the environment is a sensory delight. Wood flooring, painted walls, and radiant heating create a soothing ambiance for touch, sight, and mind. It's a place where comfort and care go hand in hand.

Join us in celebrating this inclusive oasis, where hearts heal, dreams thrive, and communities unite. ❤️🏥

🎶 Chengdu City Music Hall: Where Urban Culture Meets Natural Harmony 🏞️

Step into a world of architectural wonder in Chengdu, China! The Chengdu City Music Hall, envisioned by Andrew Bromberg at Aedas, redefines the relationship between urban life and the tranquility of nature.

🏙️ Nestled in the heart of Wuhou district, this complex dances amidst a bustling urban landscape, drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese landscape paintings known as 'shan shui.' The harmonious interplay of mountains and rivers, or 'shan' and 'shui,' comes to life as the project seamlessly blends cultural and natural elements.

🎨 The artful use of positive and negative spaces in shan shui paintings is reflected in the delicate balance between tangible architecture and fleeting experiences. The magic lies in how the 'imagined' world of performance venues and artistic schools harmonizes with the 'tangible' structures that house them.

🌇 A grand gesture unfolds in the form of cascading terraces, bridging the gap between the physical and the ethereal. Beneath these terraces, diverse event spaces come alive. Above, lush bamboo gardens create a serene ambiance reminiscent of Sichuan's mountains.

🏞️ These terraces beckon you to explore, guiding you from the vibrant urban fabric to the east, all the way to the tranquil pedestrian district in the west. At the heart, an informal plaza connects this masterpiece to the river and the arts district, inviting you to stroll along the enchanting 'Music Avenue.'

Let your senses wander, as the Chengdu City Music Hall orchestrates an enchanting symphony of design and nature. 🎶🏞️

🏙️ Discover the Extraordinary: Quay Quarter Tower (QQT) 🌆

A visionary achievement that once seemed far-fetched, the newly completed 89,000 sqm Quay Quarter Tower is rewriting the rules of adaptive reuse in architecture. Located on Sydney's bustling Circular Quay, this 206-metre, 49-storey marvel is a symphony of innovation and sustainability.

🌍 The Tower's Journey:
Built upon the bones of the original 1976 AMP Centre tower, QQT embraced a daring goal: upcycling over 65% of its original structure. This commitment resulted in an astounding embodied carbon saving of 7.3 million kilograms - equivalent to 35,000 flights from Sydney to Melbourne!

🌆 Design Elegance:
QQT's design is an artistic marvel - five volumes artfully stacked and shifted, framing mesmerizing views of landmarks like the Harbour Bridge, Royal Botanic Gardens, and the iconic Sydney Opera House. A twisting composition that captivates the skyline while preserving vital shade envelope requirements.

🏙️ A "Vertical Village":
At its heart, QQT is a vertical village, thoughtfully designed for over 10,000 daily occupants. Each of the tower's five volumes serves as a hub, united by spiral stairs and illuminated by sunlight flooding through stacked atria. And for adaptable spatial needs, a portable, dismantlable floorplate provides flexibility.

🏞️ Engaging the Streetscape:
Breaking the mold of impersonal highrises, QQT is a breath of fresh air. It merges the lobby and market hall within a multilevel public podium, warmly welcoming all to engage with the heart of the city.

🎨 A Collaborative Masterpiece:
QQT's journey was guided by visionary architects 3XN, in partnership with BVN, and a talented lineup of collaborators, including ASPECT Studios for landscape architecture and the artistic touch of Olafur Eliasson.

🌟 Quay Quarter Tower - Where innovation, sustainability, and design prowess unite to reshape our architectural horizon. Explore the future, today. 🏗️🌆

🏡 Embracing the Challenge: An Architectural Marvel Unveiled! 🏞️

Step into the world of architectural innovation from a House at TAFÍ DEL VALLE, Argentina, where design meets nature's rugged beauty! 🌄 The latest project of Etéreo Arquitectos has been a journey of creativity and determination, bringing to life a stunning residence that defies the odds.

From the architects' minds to reality, this project posed an exhilarating challenge right from the start. Picture this: an unconventional, steep terrain that pushed the boundaries of our creativity, nestled in the heights of Tafí del Valle. 🏔️🏠

With 2,500 m² of land and a jaw-dropping 13-meter slope, we embarked on a quest to create a masterpiece that complements the landscape and offers breathtaking views. The result? A majestic 350 m² house spread across three floors, perfectly placed atop the terrain to capture the essence of Tafí, the Langostura dam, and the Ciudad del Mollar. 🌆🌊

Let's delve into the architecture magic: The basement ingeniously utilizes the land's contours to provide a sheltered parking haven, a workshop for the creative souls, and a storage sanctuary. The ground floor unfolds a social haven - a seamless flow of kitchen, dining, and living areas connected to a terrace and gallery, where every moment is an experience. The private retreat boasts two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a laundry room. And saving the best for last, the upper floor unveils the master suite, offering a panoramic spectacle that is simply unparalleled. 👑✨

Imagine a symphony of elements coming together – a simple yet captivating volume and geometry harmonizing concrete and glass atop a stone gabion base. The icing on the architectural cake? A cube enveloped in wood-like WPC siding, suspended as if in a dream, radiating a warmth that complements the surroundings flawlessly. 🪵🔳

But that's not all! Our architectural ingenuity marries modern construction technologies with the demands of the climate, ensuring that this dwelling not only stands as a design marvel but also as a functional haven. 🌡️💡

This is more than just a house; it's a testament to creativity, resilience, and a deep understanding of nature's canvas.
Join us in celebrating the marriage of innovation and nature's grandeur in structures that will continue to inspire generations.
