We are currently in talks with our syndicate partners in finalizing the plans for our 1 bedroom apartments.

The regeneration of an old disused building by the canal side in central Birmingham, producing 32 deluxe apartments.

Our HMOs are like a waiting station for our tenants, we expect to receive you in a poor condition, with all your problems and/or addictions, drink/drugs, etc.

With our support, you will fall within the criteria below. We have strict conditions for eligibility because these apartments are just too good to give to anybody, we hope you agree.

These apartments will be available to our HMO tenants, BUT with very vital conditions.

1: You have to beat your drink/drug addiction.
2: You have to stick to our money management program.
3: You must complete a work-related training program or further education to gain a viable sought-after skill.
4: You must get off benefits and start working and paying tax.
5: You must keep your credit score intact.

If you keep to the above criteria YOU will be eligible for a beautiful, furnished, classy apartment.

Don't worry about the rent for the first 6 months as we will subsidize the cost, and the rent you save MUST go into a savings program, after 6 months you get a lump sum, thereafter you will be responsible for the rent and bills, up until then, WE will pay that for you.

1/2 BEDROOM FLATS NEAR COMPLETION.

We will have 12, 1 bedroom flats within Moseley that will become available just before xmas. These flats will be allocated to our current tenants who have shown progress and have kept to the criteria required to get one of these newly renovated gorgeous flats.

We have many more 1/2 bedroom projects in the pipeline and our target is 50 apartments by the end of this year.

LONELINESS IS HORRIBLE!

I never thought I would ever be lonely. I came from a huge family and had many friends, the sun never stopped shining until time came to pass and the world moved on, as the elders passed on and the many friends became families. I was left on my own.

LONELINESS IS HORRIBLE AND ADDS TO OUR WOES.

What's the point of having millions of pounds and coming back to a million-pound house in a million-pound car to no one, opposed to coming back to a small house with very little belongings but having someone to come back to, that's priceless.

BUT HERE'S THE AMAZING part as lots of people are in the same position, some very close to each other, if you could take the roofs off houses and have look down on a whole street, you will find many on their own.

Our mission is to get these lonely people meeting like-minded people who can keep each other company for a few hours per day, or make a group and go out together.

LONELINESS can have an effect on ones well being, so let's change that forever and make some fond memories.

Our HMO tenants pool their money and group buy. We then buy food from wholesalers at cheap prices cutting out the middlemen, which stretches your pound much further.

For every £1, you get £1.50 worth of value, so you get 50% extra food and toiletries for the same goods you would buy from the shop.

We intend on stretching that as far as we can.
