This one was extra special, with a new baby boy coming soon, I was honored to be a part of this process in securing this property. We were able to negotiate over $17K in credits for the buyers, they received everything they wanted on this home, and then some.

Happy Thursday!

🎉Congratulations are in order! Couldn't be more excited for buyers on their dream home! From initial conversations to evening showings, we found this beauty and with timing on our side, negotiated everything they wanted and received an acceptance from the Sellers!

✨Latest food adventures! Checked out , , .bbq , , and

🦞Dim Sum was super tasty in terms of flavor, their lobster special was delicious and so worth the price!

🍡Got the four mini mochi cubes to try one of each flavor, husband approved ✅!

🥖Banh mi sandwich was 10/10 😍

🍗Got a trio meat dish from Kai Kai, their char siu was my personal favorite, flavor and texture was on par. Loved their sauces on the side, ask for their ginger garlic sauce!

🍙Last but not least, the onigiri were super flavorful. The beef sukiyaki was bomb, definitely my fav! 💕
