Screaming CONGRATULATIONS to the most amazing clients who sold their first home and purchased an amazing house for their family today. These clients came to me in June 2021 and over the last 2 years we've house hunted on & off but never settled and finally found the perfect home in their dream neighborhood, and we didn't have to pay over list price!(that's a pretty big win in this market) It's been such an incredible pleasure to see their family grow and help them through this journey.
