“MASTERING THE ART OF REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL: Bridging Theory to Optimize Your REA License"
February 24, March 2 and March 9, 2024 at 6:00PM-9:00PM via ZOOM

This training seminar is designed for:
- Real Estate Appraisers aiming to establish their own appraisal business, maximize the potential of their appraiser's license, and refine their appraisal expertise.
- New Real Estate Appraisers who recently passed the REA Board Exam.

Objectives:
The trainees will be able to:
-Understand the appraisal process and cycle.
- Familiarize the appraisal report format and learn the needed contents in the appraisal report.
- Perform the actual appraisal using their chosen subject property.
- Submit and present an actual appraisal report.
- Determine the target market and channels where to get appraisal leads.

Topics Outline:
- The Appraisal Process - the practice in actual, real life scenarios.
- How to write an Appraisal Report (format).
- The actual appraisal work which includes a checklist during appraisal site inspection (Building systems, machines, neighborhood, vicinity, income, etc.)
- The Actual Appraisal Report.
- On the business side: Tips on how to get leads and optimize your appraiser's license.

BONUS:
- Each trainee will be given a free 15 minutes one on one session with the speaker that can be used within one 3 months from the last session of the training.
