BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND | If you are planning on visiting areas of North Wales over the bank holiday weekends (or any other time ☺️) please remember to park responsibly.

Irresponsible parking endangers yourselves, pedestrians and other road users. Access for emergency services should not be obstructed by abandoned vehicles.

We fully appreciate that people want to enjoy the stunning scenery but we are urging you to:

🚙 Think about where you park
🚌 Make full use of the park and ride facilities and public transport links that are available

The irresponsible and dangerous parking we have previously witnessed in areas such as Pen y Pass and Llyn Ogwen not only risked lives but also prevented emergency vehicle access ❌

We’ll continue to work with our partners to help reduce the risk to walkers, cyclists and other road users 👍🏻

Anybody found to be parked on the clearway, double yellows or causing an obstruction will have their vehicle removed at their own expense. Please heed the warning ⚠️

Train journeys today along the beautiful shores of Padarn Lake in the heart of Snowdonia. 11.00am, 12.15pm, 13.30pm, 14.45pm, 16.00pm. Availability on all trains. Arrive at the Gilfach Ddu station LL55 4TY station or the Llanberis station 20 minutes before the departure time you are looking to travel on to buy your tickets.
