Our Multi Residential Housing development in Minden is in full swing. The -30 and endless days of snow can’t stop this team. The 6th and final building has begun its structural framing, With building 1-2 MEP trades finalizing there rough ins. The three stage insulation and drywall install is under way to accommodate our trades and maintain the proper fire separation 🇨🇦💪 🇨🇦

PROGRESS!!!! 💪 Rebar inspected, wall Pour for Building 2 and footing pour for buildings 3,6 tomorrow!!! Let the concrete fly before the snow does 😎😎😎 Build right, build with us!

Buildings 1-2 are underway. Footing forms are in the ground with rebar placement following shortly after. Inspection scheduled for Thursday afternoon with a concrete pour scheduled Friday morning 💪😎🇨🇦

Welcome to our new Multi Residential Development on the Gull River in Minden Ont. There will be 6 Buildings, totalling 35 suites. As you can see we have our Forestry team onsite making quick work to get this site cleaned up to start our Cut/Fill works to allow for the building foundations. Please follow along for this gorgeous Development. 🇨🇦💪 🇨🇦

As you can see we are in the Final stages of bringing our Multi Resi building to completion. Civil works are well underway with the installation of Manhole/Catch basin structures and Stormtec water retention system. Kitchens on the second floor are complete with trim and doors following behind. Our team is working in sync to get this building complete on time and on Budget! Build it right, build with us 💪🇨🇦
